	Updated: August 5th, 2008 -- After a long hiatus, Sandra's ashes have once again been scattered in a number of locations. Also added information to the ashes page and made some improvements to the website template.

He is buried in Punchbowl Cemetery (a military cemetery) just outside Honolulu. Here, Sandra reads some of the plaques on a memorial in the cemetery.
